Self-care - If there was ever a time to be kind to yourself, it's now
We're living in a weird time and a lot has changed this past month. Now is the time to build those healthy habits.
Research has found that self-care enables many to retain a sense of control during trying times, and also keeps spirits elevated. Taking the time to indulge in daily self-care routines, especially ones you normally neglect because of time pressure, can be a way of using your free time wisely.
Our favorite ritual is brushing. It clears the mind and helps to stay present: Floss, brush, (mouth) rinse...ahhhh. When was the last time you did a deep clean - like the kind your dentist and hygienist always talk about? Hannah the Hygienist put together a fun 3 minute video on brushing and her tips.
